Q: How is the community operation progressing?
A: Currently, the BaaSid community is largely divided into messenger (Telegram, KakaoTalk) and SNS (channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Medium, etc.)
So far, there have been many mistakes and trial and error. In the future, we will make every effort to faithfully operate in accordance with the operating guidelines and rules.
As of June 2021, the messenger operation guide for Telegram and KakaoTalk is as follows.
1) Manager regulations
① The manager never contacts the messenger member (holder) first. This is a rule to prevent the impersonation of an administrator, and if a holder receives any request from an administrator, he must reject it.
② The manager cannot reply to the subjective thoughts on the project and undisclosed plans and information in the form of text, images, or links in the messenger channel. Only QA can answer.
③ Administrators cannot answer questions about coin prices on messenger channels.
④ The manager receives and records the complaints of the holder so that it can be reflected in QA, etc. within a certain period of time.
⑤ The manager can communicate with the holder through personal DM only in special cases (swaps, events, other specially operated matters, etc.) Unable to.
⑥ The manager must make the utmost effort in the operation and response of the channel. However, it can be executed when it is in a state of confusion to the extent that it is difficult to manage, or when it is determined that the entire collection is necessary according to the judgment of the manager.
2) User (holder) regulations
⑦ Users cannot use any kind of profanity or accusations against others in the community. Posts will be deleted and withdrawn after warning.
⑧ Users are not allowed to comment on unfounded pods related to the project in the community. Unsubstantiated posts will be deleted and banned without warning.
⑨ Users in the community commenting on a price that is significantly different from the market price, unfounded exaggerated and false advertisements, and incitement for price increase will be deleted without warning or deleted.
⑩ It is recommended that users sign up for QA and Notice before asking repeated questions and check the past contents.
⑪ Users are requested to refrain from sending DMs to the administrator as much as possible except for possible inconveniences and special requests.
⑬ A community is a place used by many users with many different orientations. Please take special care to be considerate of others as much as possible.
